poses an interesting theory, that my medical profession I tend to find an amazing logic. God, he says, is a human need to combat their awareness of death, knowing that there are only a certain life span and then unknown, the afterlife or heaven, reincarnation ending unless you reach the nirvana.
To our knowledge, we are the only being that has this capability and is a situation that can easily lead to insanity. To give an example, I heard of a case of sailors whose boat had broken down and the time had left them without food, do not know why they did not think fish but instead made a small or sweepstakes, who won would be eaten by their peers. For me it is a book highly recommended to whom the idea of religion has fallen from grace, for those willing to see another point of view. Is not absolute truth, but it opens the mind to see perhaps a little beyond what is always raised.
